Alphabet Avalanche

Survive as long as you can against an avalanche of alphabetical characters by assembling them into valid English words.

(Some words might not be valid, a file is referenced for valid words and it doesn't contain every single word in the English language, but it should contain a decent amount.)

I joined this jam quite late and only had about 3 days to make this game.

How to play:

Assemble words from the letters that appear by pressing the corresponding letter on your keyboard, each word can only be used once and words heals you, healing is also greater based on word length. If you get a word incorrectly or type a nonsensical word you lose some health, when you lose all your health the game is over.

There is a timer that tracks how long you've survived, try to survive as long as you can and feel free to share your longest survival time!

You can restart by pressing the button in the top left corner at any time.

You can open a menu by pressing the menu button in the top left corner which pauses the game and includes options to change volume levels and a button to cycle through the 4 songs available.
